Corinne N. Lyons

I am a sixth-year PhD candidate of Political Science at the University of Alabama. My research focuses on authoritarian institutions, processes of autocratization, and Peruvian politics. I completed field work in Lima, Peru in Spring 2025, which was made possible with funding from the UA Graduate School Research Grant. I am grateful to have received the 2026 UA Graduate Research Award for my work.
